PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling sheet in which an antifouling layer is formed on the outermost layer of an elastic base and prevented from being cracked or broken even when the sheet is expanded and/or bent repeatedly and which keeps antifouling properties. SOLUTION: The antifouling sheet has the antifouling layer which is formed on at least one side of the elastic base as the outermost layer. The antifouling layer is preferably made of a resin film obtained by crosslinking a silicone-modified fluorocarbon resin with a crosslinking agent.
