PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan structure capable of inhibiting a drop in the viscosity of oil supplied to a lubrication path. SOLUTION: This oil pan structure is provided with a first oil pan 11, a second oil pan 21, a first passage 13 connecting the first oil pan and the second oil pan, a first pump 15 provided in the first passage 13 and feeding oil in the first oil pan to the second oil pan, a second passage 23 connecting the second oil pan and a lubrication path of a lubrication part 3, a second pump 25 provided in the second passage 23 and feeding oil in the second oil pan to the lubrication path, and transmission parts 14, 24 provided in the first passage 13 and the second passage 23 and transmitting heat of oil flowing in the first passage to oil flowing in the second passage. Heat of the oil passing through the first passage is not radiated at the second oil pan exposed to an outside air and oil passing through the second passage can be heated.
