PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To run an automobile, a ship and the like with only vegetable oil. SOLUTION: It is proposed to use vegetable oil for fuel instead of mineral oil. A fuel reforming device need to be installed for each engine for that. Since vegetable fuel contains little NOx and SOx, the vegetable oil contributes to reduction of environmental load.
