PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call support device capable of enhancing convenience when a user makes a phone call.SOLUTION: When a call is made from a calling phone to a called phone, telephone number of the called phone is acquired, and from a database for storing each of a plurality of telephone numbers in association with relevant information, the relevant information associated with the telephone number of the called phone is acquired, and during a call between the calling phone and called phone, the content depending on the relevant information thus acquired is displayed on the display screen of a calling terminal device previously associated with the calling phone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
