BIAS CIRCUIT OF POWER AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A bias circuit of a power amplifier is provided to control a bias current by controlling bias resistance or a bias control current. CONSTITUTION: A bias circuit comprises a reference voltage terminal(10), a bias terminal(20), and an output terminal(30). The reference voltage terminal is connected to a bias resistance. The bias resistance is connected to a first capacitor, a base of a first transistor, a collector of a second transistor, and a base of a third transistor. The bias terminal is connected to the first capacitor and the collector of the first transistor. The output terminal is connected to the collector of the third transistor. The output terminal is connected to a power amplifier in order to transfer a bias current.
