PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To associate a point of time of time stamp data with a point of time at which an electric quantity is converted to data.SOLUTION: A merging unit for measuring a first electric quantity of current flowing in electric equipment generates a synchronous signal synchronizing with a signal that is input; outputs a second data signal generated by attenuating a specific frequency component included in a first data signal showing the first electric quantity; generates a first trigger signal showing a first point of time determined depending on the synchronous signal; generates a second trigger signal showing a second point of time calculated on the basis of the synchronous signal and a delay time until the second data signal is output after the first data signal is input to a filter unit; converts a second electric quantity, which is shown by the second data signal, at the second point of time determined by the second trigger signal to generate data showing the second electric quantity at the second point of time; and generates time stamp data showing the first point of time on the basis of the first trigger signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
