PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid composition containing prunella spike extract in which disintegratability is secured.SOLUTION: The inventors found out that a solid composition containing prunella spike extract and inorganic metal salt showed excellent disintegratability, and completed the present invention. Specifically, the present invention is a solid composition containing prunella spike extract and inorganic metal salt. It is preferable that the inorganic metal salt be calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium oxide, and calcium carbonate.
