The present invention relates to a bio-chip structure. The bio-chip structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pillar structure having a first substrate portion in a plate-like structure, and a plurality of pillar portions protruding from one surface of the first substrate portion; and a well structure having a second substrate portion in a plate-like structure, and a plurality of well portions formed on one surface of the second substrate portion to a predetermined depth so that the pillar portions of the pillar structure may be inserted thereto. The well portion has a diameter of 800-1500 micrometers, and the pillar portion inserted to the well portion has a diameter corresponding to a diameter ratio of 0.3-0.58 based on the diameter of the well portion. As a result, it is possible to prevent bubble generation inside of the well portion upon the insertion of the pillar portion, while allowing densification of a bio-chip.
