PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of providing an appropriate service, while improving communication speed using carrier aggregation.SOLUTION: In step ST 1408, out of a cell 1 and cell 2 of a base station A, RRC connection is established between the cell 1 and User Equipment (UE), when the cell 1 is a primary cell (PCell), the cell 1 determines that the cell 2 is set to a secondary cell (SCell) to be aggregated with a cell itself in step ST 1418. Then, the result is notified to the UE in step ST 1419. Due to this notification, in a Mobility Management Entity (MME), limitation operation of an access to the cell 2 from the UE is stopped, and communication between the UE and the cell 2 starts in step ST 1422.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 |
