PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device capable of reducing the possibility of degradation of discharge accuracy due to noise of a booster circuit.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device 1 includes: a modulation section 510 for generating a modulation signal that a source signal is pulse-modulated; a gate driver 520 for generating an amplification control signal on the basis of the modulation signal; transistors M1 and M2 for generating amplification modulation signals on the basis of the amplification control signal; a low-pass filter 560 for demodulating the amplification modulation signal so as to generate a driving signal; feedback circuits 570 and 572 for feeding the driving signal back to the modulation section; a booster circuit 540 for supplying the boosted voltage to the gate driver; a booster control section 580 for controlling to boost in the booster circuit; a piezoelectric element 60; a cavity 631; and a nozzle. The booster control section controls to boost on the basis of a second clock signal in which a change point of a rise or a fall synchronizes with the modulation signal after controlling to boost on the basis of a first clock signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
