PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device of a hydrogen-containing living body application liquid in which, hydrogen molecules are not reduced substantially, in a distribution step and storage period.SOLUTION: A production device (1) of a hydrogen-containing living body application liquid for producing a hydrogen-containing living body application liquid comprises: a container (12) having water vapor permeability and storing a living body application liquid (11); a hydrogen generation system (13) for generating hydrogen by a moisture content; and a packaging material (14) for coating the container (12) and the hydrogen generation system (13) and having low hydrogen molecule transmissivity. The packaging material (14) coats the container (12) and the hydrogen generation system (13) disposed outside of the container, treatment for enhancing humidity of a space (15) between the container (12) and the packaging material (14) is performed, and the hydrogen generation system (13) includes a hydrogen generation reaction promoter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
