PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radome for an aviation body, light weight, having a sandwich structure of a three-dimensional shape, excellent in electromagnetic wave transmissivity and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: The radome for an aviation body has a shape of covering an electromagnetic wave instrument installed on an aviation body, and is formed with a sandwich panel structure in which a core material (30), compounded by foaming insulting reinforced fiber (31) and a heat-resistant resin (32), is held between skin materials (20), composed of a fiber-reinforced material formed by compounding a quartz cloth (21) and a heat-resistant resin (22).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
