PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of suppressing temperature reduction in transport to a press device.SOLUTION: A heating device 1 of the invention comprises: a first heater plate 41; a second heater plate 42; a first belt-state member 43; a second belt-state member 44; and a movement part 23. The movement part 23 moves the first heater plate 41 and the second heater plate 42 between a heating position for sandwiching a stampable sheet S and heating it, and a discharge position for discharging the stampable sheet S. According to the movement of the first heater plate 41 and the second heater plate 42 from the heating position to the discharge position, the first belt-state member 43 moves relative to the first heater plate 41, and the second belt-state member 44 moves relative to the second heater plate 42, and the stampable sheet S is discharged from between the first heater plate 41 and the second heater plate 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
