FIELD: wood-working industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking, particularly to installations for processing of logs. Installation consists of base (1) made of interconnected lengthwise (2) and transverse (3) channels. On the base there are longitudinal guides (4). On the longitudinal guides is installed truck (5). Track is a metal structure in the upper part of which there are installed front (6) and rear portals. On the front portal is installed a carriage (7). Log (33) is placed on jacks (32) along the axis of the body and fixed with front (22) and back(23) setworks. Cam plate is arranged in the form of two parallel longitudinal cam-guides (24) and (25), installed on the base. Cam is interconnected with profiled cutting elements by means of the additionally installed on the base and connected among themselves slides, lead screws, handle controls. Profiled cutting elements are installed on truck with a possibility of movement perpendicular to log axis, repeating the position of elements of master cam.EFFECT: quality of processed logs increase, wood losses decrease, power consumption and labor costs decrease.1 cl, 4 dwg |
