FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods for providing a stable liquid mixtures a) pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate, b) octadecyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate and c) tris-(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphite, which can be used in chemical industry. First method comprises obtaining a solid mixture which contains from approximately 2 to approximately 3 parts by weight of a), from approximately 2 to approximately 3 parts by weight b) and from approximately 2 to approximately 12 parts by weight c), heating the mixture to temperature of 185 °C or higher for a period of time, sufficient for producing a clare liquid mixture of a), b) and c), cooling the liquid mixture to temperature of 90 °C to 140 °C and maintaining the liquid mixture at a temperature of 90 °C to 140 °C. Second method involves obtaining a solid mixture, which contains from approximately 2 to approximately 3 parts by weight of a) and from approximately 2 to approximately 3 parts by weight of b), heating the mixture to temperature of 90 °C or higher for a period of time, sufficient for producing a clear liquid mixture of a) and b), adding from approximately 2 to approximately 12 parts by weight c) to it to obtain a clear liquid mixture of a), b) and (c)) and maintaining the liquid mixture at a temperature of 90 °C to 140 °C. Liquid mixtures of a), b) and c) are stable at temperature at which they are kept for a period of time of more than 120 hours.EFFECT: novel efficient methods for producing valuable stabilizer mixtures for production of polymers.10 cl, 2 ex |
