A delivery roll (7) around which the resin film (6) is wound in advance, a winding roll (8), and a shower head (10) are provided in the chamber (2). Highly concentrated ozone gas and an unsaturated hydrocarbon gas are supplied from the shower head (10) to the surface of the resin film (6) moving between the delivery roll (7) and the winding roll (8) while the resin film (6) wound around the delivery roll (7) is wound onto the winding roll (8). |
