PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which secures the safety of an occupant at getting-on/off after evacuation.SOLUTION: Driver state determination parts (14, 15) determine whether or not a driver is a state that the driver can properly perform a drive operation. Information acquisition parts (11, 12 and 13) acquire a variety of kinds of information indicating a status of an own vehicle and a status of the surroundings of the own vehicle. When it is determined that the driver is in a state that the driver cannot perform the proper drive operation, stop lane selection parts (16: S110, S120) select a stop lane and a stop point for emergently stopping the own vehicle on the basis of acquired variety of kinds of information. Lateral position decision parts (16: S130 to S190) decide a stop lateral position as a lateral position in the stop lane at the stop position so that a space for making an occupant safely get on/off is secured at a sideway of the own vehicle according to the status of the stop lane. An evacuation traveling control part (17) performs evacuation traveling following a selection result at the stop lane decision part and a determination result at the lateral position decision part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
