PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus which can cope with the failure of the X-ray detector and identify a failure channel automatically to perform data replacement.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes: a photographing section including an X-ray tube being configured to radiate an X-ray to a subject and an X-ray detector of a multi channel type disposed opposite to the X-ray tube; a failure channel decision section which compares an output value of the channel direction from the X-ray detector when a pseudo model is photographed by the photographing section, with a preset threshold, to decide a channel with an output value more than the threshold to be a failure channel; and a data processing section which processes the output data of the X-ray detector when the subject is photographed by the photographing section, and when there is a failure channel, replaces the data of the failure channel with data which is obtained by interpolating output data of a plural channels around the failure channel. |
