PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a continuously variable transmission, capable of preventing belt slip of a continuously variable transmission mechanism, upon restarting an engine after execution of engine stop control.SOLUTION: A control device of a continuously variable transmission with an auxiliary transmission, is provided with: a low brake solenoid valve 113 disposed on the way of an oil passage from a mechanical oil pump 10 to a low brake 32 for controlling an oil pressure to the low brake 32; and a transmission controller 12 outputting a clutch oil pressure indication value PL/Bto the low brake solenoid valve 113. The transmission controller 12 controls the clutch oil pressure indication value PL/Bto be a value so that a torque transmission capacity of the low brake 32 does not exceed a torque transmission capacity of a variator 20 upon restarting an engine after coast stop control/idle stop control. |
