<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-efficiency power feeding for an extended period, with a simple configuration at high reliability, which requires no laborious work without being affected by the flow direction of a fluid. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure receiving cylinder 11 is columnar and extending in the direction of central axis O, with a contour of cross-sectional shape in the plane orthogonal to the central axis O being in rotational symmetry. In a piezoelectric ceramic structure body 12, a piezoelectric ceramic module, which is a pair of piezoelectric ceramics and an electrode connected to both ends in polarization direction of the piezoelectric ceramics, is arranged in rotational symmetry about the central axis O. Vessels 8 and 10 are connected to one end in polarization direction of the piezoelectric ceramic module 15, and imparts a stress against an external force received by the pressure receiving cylinder 11 to the pressure receiving cylinder 11 and the piezoelectric ceramic structure body 12.
