COLORED CEMENT, ITS PRODUCTION AND SURFACE ACTIVE COLORANT USED IN THIS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To inhibit the reduction of the strength of concrete due to the addition of a colorant by mixing uncolored cement with a soln. contg. a specified surface active colorant and then removing the solvent. CONSTITUTION:A substituent having a hydrophobic atomic group, e.g. a dimethyldialkylammonium sulfonate group is introduced into org. coloring matter such as nickel phthalocyanine through an amino, carboxyl or sulfone group, an alcoholic group or halogen to obtain a surface active colorant. Uncolored cement is added to a soln. prepd. by dissolving the surface active colorant in a solvent such as chloroform by 0.01-1wt.% of the amt. of the cement and then the solvent is removed while uniformly mixing them.
