<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cation-curable resin composition which is excellent in hardening, good in adhesion of hardened material, excellent in flexibility, soft and also excellent in reconstruction after shape changed while being low in coefficient of elasticity at a room temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The cation-curable resin composition contains a polymer, having two or more oxetanyl groups obtained from a maleated polybutadiene and/or a maleated polyisoprene and formula (1), a cation polymerization initiator for activating by activation energy, and/or a cation polymerization initiator for activating by heat.
