PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a sensor stably in an easily replaceable state and take off signals stably by setting a sensor cassette removably into a sensor cassette receiving part, and providing a contact probe part separably from a signal takeoff electrode. SOLUTION: A sensor cassette receiving part 14 is provided in a measuring device body 1 so as to be able to removably set a sensor cassette 3. A contact probe part 15 is provided separably from signal takeoff electrodes 34, 35 of the sensor cassette 3 set into the sensor cassette receiving part 14. An ohmic contact 33, a sensor 27 and packing 31 are held in this order between a sensor holder 16 and a holder cover 17 of square shape from the top view. The sensor holder 16 and holder cover 17 are formed of insulating material with appropriate thickness and equal outer diameter dimensions, have obliquely cut parts 18, 19 at four corners and prevent wrong setting of the sensor cassette 3. |
