<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of erroneous charge of a commodity in commodity sorting work. SOLUTION: An erroneous charge preventing device for commodity sorting facilities where a specified commodity is charged into a container in a specified container placement part includes a shutter 50a provided in the container placement part for variation between a commodity charge prohibiting status (A) showing that the charge of a commodity is prohibited and a commodity charge permitting status (B) showing that the charge of the commodity is permitted, communication equipment for controlling the shutter 50a to be displaced to the commodity charge permitting status when receiving signals corresponding to codes previously registered relatively on the sides of the container placement part and a commodity charge part and communication equipment for sending signals corresponding to predetermined codes at this time. The shutter 50a in the commodity charge prohibiting status (A) normally can be displaced to the commodity charge permitting status (B) when signals sent from one communicator to the other communicator agree with signals corresponding to the previously registered codes.</p> |
