The method involves unwinding a reel or fabric roller (11) comprising a reinforcement in a continuous manner, where the reinforcement is a fabric or a braid. The reinforcement is impregnated with liquid resin by passing through a bath (2). The impregnated reinforcement (22) is wound onto a cylindrical mandrel (4). The impregnated reinforcement is completely or partially polymerized to obtain a composite material (20). A support (21) and/or support material is deposited on both sides of the composite material forming a composite piece during fabrication so as to fill gaps surrounding the piece. The reinforcement is made of carbon and Kevlar (RTM: para-aramid synthetic fiber).
