RESIN COMPOSITION, ITS MOLDED PRODUCT AND DISPERSE AID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in heat resistance, transparency and melt processability. SOLUTION: The resin composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. polylactic acid with (C) 0.1-100 pts.wt. graft copolymer in which the main chain is a cellulose derivative (BG) and the graft chain is a polylactic acid (AG) or by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. polylactic acid with (B) 1-100 pts.wt. cellulose derivative and (C) 0.1-100 pts.wt. graft copolymer in which the main chain is the cellulose derivative (BG) and the graft chain is the polylactic acid (AG). The molded product is obtained by molding the resin composition. The disperse aid for dispersing the cellulose derivative (B) into the polylactic acid (A) is composed of a graft copolymer in which the main chain is the cellulose derivative (BG) and the graft chain is the polylactic acid (AG) wherein the weight ratio of the cellulose derivative (BG)/the polylactic acid (AG) is (50/50) to (5/95).
