A tongue-shaped latching element (21) contacts with flange (6) arranged at sliding sleeve (5), to prevent displacement of activator container (7) when needle protection cap (15) is removed from the apparatus. When the apparatus is arranged at patient's skin, the protective tube (4) is pushed in backward direction in casing (1) to separate latching element from flange to inject activator automatically.
