PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device which is constituted to hold a driving member to which a shutter blade is attached in a charged state by magnetic force and where the deformation of the attractive surface of a movable member composed of magnetic substance and moving integrally with a driving lever to a yoke is reduced, attractive force between the yoke and the movable member is increased and the oppositional characteristic of the yoke and the movable member is improved, and to provide an imaging apparatus equipped with the shutter device. SOLUTION: A caulking member for caulking the driving member and the movable member has a bend part deformed in different directions when receiving force in an opening direction in the case of caulking, and the bend part is formed to be spaced in the radial direction of the caulking member.
