<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of judging by high accuracy which is more desirable from the viewpoint of energy efficiency when the fuel cell power generator is operated continuously or when it is operated intermittently. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system has a fuel cell power generator 1 to generate both heat and power, and a control means 5 to operate by planning the fuel cell power generator 1 based on a predicted power load and a predicted thermal load. The control means 5 is constructed to operate by planning the fuel cell power generator 1 by taking into consideration at least a restarting energy out of the restarting energy in which, when the operation of the fuel cell generator 1 is stopped temporarily and restarted after standing by in that temporary suspended state, the energy required for restarting is set to become larger, the longer the temporary suspended period is, a stop operating energy which is required when the operation of the fuel cell generator 1 is transferred to a temporary suspended state, and a standby energy to keep in standby the fuel cell generator 1 in a temporary suspended state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
