An organic electroluminescence device is provided to suppress an oxide coating layer from being formed on an aluminum layer and prevent an anode auxiliary electrode layer from being oxidized due to a contact of an ITO and an aluminum by positioning a second auxiliary electrode layer between the ITO layer and the first auxiliary electrode layer. In an organic electroluminescence device, an active area is formed on a substrate(1). A plurality of data lines(12) is connected with an anode electrode of the active area. Each of the plurality of data lines(12) includes a first auxiliary electrode(12-1) made of an aluminum and formed on a surface of the substrate(1), a second auxiliary electrode layer(12-2) made of a molybdenum and formed on an upper side of the first auxiliary electrode layer(12-1), and an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) layer(12-3) formed on an upper side of the second auxiliary electrode layer(12-2). |
