A method for dyeing an antistatic nylon fabric is provided to perform Teflon water-repellent processing and antibacterial processing at the same time, thereby reducing processes and cost while maximizing an antistatic effect. Impurities percolated into an antistatic nylon fabric containing carbon are removed by a weak alkaline chemical. Dye is manufactured by mixing Teflon water-repellent and a low-temperature water-repellent at a ratio of 5:5, and an antimicrobial is put into the mixture at the same time. The nylon fabric is dyed by the manufactured dye. The dyed nylon fabric is dried while being gradually transferred at speed of 30y/m and maintaining a temperature of 182-187 deg.C. |
