摘要 A scan driving circuit and an organic electroluminescence device using the same are provided to improve the waveform of an output signal by forming multiple stages for outputting selection and boot signals in order and to reduce power consumption by removing a static current flowing path. A first scan driving unit outputs a selection signal or a boost signal in order through multiple stages. Each stage of the first scan driving unit includes a first transistor(M1) receiving the output voltage of the previous stage or a first input signal and having a gate terminal connected to a first clock terminal; a second transistor(M2) provided with a gate terminal connected to the output stage of the first transistor and connected to a second clock terminal and an output line(OUT); a third transistor(M3) provided with a gate terminal connected to the first clock terminal and connected between a second power source(VSS) and a first node; a fourth transistor(M4) provided with a gate terminal connected to the output stage of the first transistor and connected between the first clock terminal and the first node; a fifth transistor(M5) provided with a gate terminal connected to the first node and connected between a first power source(VDD) and the output line; a sixth transistor(M6) provided with a gate terminal connected to the output stage of the first transistor and connected to a third power source input line and a boost signal output line; a seventh transistor(M7) provided with a gate terminal connected to the first node and connected between the first power source and the boost signal output line; and an eighth transistor(M8) provided with a gate terminal connected to the second clock terminal and connected between the sixth and seventh transistors.
