A device for supplying water to an inner wall of a coating room is provided to keep the inner wall of the painting room clean by feeding the uniform amount of the water to the inner wall. The device for supplying water to an inner wall of a coating room is composed of a water tank(20) formed with the predetermined length and shaped like a trapezoid having an opened upside and a front panel(21) lower than a rear panel(22); a water fluctuation-prevention panel(30) installed in the water tank in the longitudinal direction of the water tank with spacing from the lower panel; a water supply unit(40) installed between the water fluctuation-prevention panel and the rear panel to feed the water to the water tank; water level regulating units(50) disposed at both sides of the water tank to discharge the water excessively fed from the water supply unit to the outside; and a drain port draining the water of the water tank and a cap opening and closing the drain port, which are formed at a predetermined spot of the lower panel of the water tank.
