<p>The training device has a two dimensional support (2), which is provided at top side with an anchorage device (3) for both foot bundles (4) of a user. The two dimensional support is a weighted plate. The two dimensional support is a flexible mat, which is provided at lower surface with suction cup (5). The anchoring device allows a twisting of the foot balls, particularly with the help of rotary discs, arround an axis perpendicular to the support.</p> |
