PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and speedily attach a grommet to a pallet without damaging locking members and causing the locking members to interfere with one other in terms of elastic deformation in the direction in which the locking members come into close to one other. SOLUTION: The grommet for a pallet is designed as described below. The locking members 2 vertically extend downward are formed on the underside of the fittable portion 1b, which is fitted in a through-hole p2 of a pallet P. Locking members 2' and locking members 2" formed on one side face 1b1' and the other one 1b1', respectively, of the counter side faces of the periphery of the fittable portion are disposed so as not to overlap as viewed from the counter side faces 1b1' composing the periphery of the fittable portion.
