PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer tool sending out a transfer tape by transmitting the rotational force of a feeding reel to a winding reel via a transmitting mechanism in which a sliding mechanism is arranged in the transmitting mechanism and the rotation of the feeding reel is not hindered by the sliding mechanism. SOLUTION: The transmitting mechanism of the transfer tool has a feeding gear 41 rotatable integrally with the feeding reel, a winding reel receiving the transmission of the rotational force from the feeding gear 41, and the sliding mechanism arranged between the feeding reel and the feeding gear 41, and further has a friction engaging shaft 7 rotatably arranged around spindle 511 constituting the rotational center of the feeding reel, a boss portion generating friction with the inner peripheral face 41a of the feeding gear 41, and in which the friction engaging shaft 7 can house the spindle 511 inside of the same, and an elastic pawl 72 arranged spaced apart from the outer periphery of the boss portion and slidingly contacting the inner peripheral face 41a of the feeding gear 41 by elastic biasing force.
