PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety lock device mounted to a foldable frame of a foldable bicycle to lock a foldable tube of a frame, when the frame is located at a spreading position. SOLUTION: This safety lock device 200 is mounted to the foldable tube of the bicycle including a first step 110 and a second step 120 which are pivoted to each other. The safety lock device 200 is provided with a main body 210 connected to the first step 110, a movable type locking member 220 provided in the main body 210 so as to be displaceable and having a hook 221, an elastic member 230 arranged between the main body 210 and the movable type locking member 220, and a fixed locking member 240 provided on the second step 120 to correspond to the hook 221.
