PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active type noise control device not affecting a musical sound by certainly offsetting road noise to be offset by offsetting a sound even if the musical sound from a speaker and the offsetting sound from the speaker are mixed. SOLUTION: A corrected error signal e2 (only composite tone) is formed by forming an extracted signal Sad by extracting a component with a control frequency fd of the road noise as a central frequency from an audio signal Sa by an adaptive notch filter 113, outputting a delay extracted signal Sadϕdelaying a phase of the extracted signal Sad by a delayer 202 and subtracting the delay extracted signal Sadϕ(musical tone) from an error signal e1 (composite sound of road noise and offsetting sound+musical sound) by a substracter 115.
