PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure the sealability.SOLUTION: A driving device 3 includes: a housing 102 for housing a motor 14; a housing 500 for housing an inverter part 10 connected with the motor 14; a seal member SE; and an internal fastening part. The motor 14 has a motor shaft 14d connected with an external load. The housing 102 partially communicates with the housing 500 through opening parts 106a, 500b. The seal member SE seals a communication space between the housing 102 and the housing 500. The internal fastening part is located in a position, which is located at the inner side of a seal area enclosed by the seal member SE and in the communication space, and fastens the housing 102 to the housing 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
