PURPOSE: An automatic umbrella is provided to prevent a user and other person to being hurt due to umbrella ribs and to prevent water of the umbrella from splashing by making the automatic umbrella spread slowly. CONSTITUTION: An automatic umbrella includes a spiral unit(20) on an umbrella strand(10) of the automatic umbrella. A ball(40) is formed on the inner circumference of a cylindrical ring(30). The ball is capable of moving upward and downward while rotating along the spiral unit of the umbrella strand. An umbrella ribs stand(50) is combined with the outer circumference of the cylindrical ring. The umbrella ribs are spread while the umbrella ribs stand moves upward and downward. |
