PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed battery of which the seal performance is improved.SOLUTION: A sealed battery 100 comprises: a battery case 20 including a terminal lead-out hole 22; an electrode terminal 30 including a rivet part 32 that is provided protrusively from a pedestal part 34; and a seal member 50 that seals a gap between the case 20 and the electrode terminal 30. The seal member 50 includes a flat plate part 54 that extends from one end of a cylindrical part 52 in an outer diameter direction in a flat plate shape. The flat plate part 54 is held between an inner surface 24 of the case 20 and the pedestal part 34 of the electrode terminal 30. On the inner surface 24 of the case 20, a projection 26 is formed in a portion in contact with the flat plate part 54. A distal end of the rivet part 32 is caulked with a fixed pressure so as to compress the flat plate part 54 in a terminal axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
