PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-stimulator capable of training an abdominal muscle properly.SOLUTION: An electro-stimulator 1 comprises: an electrode pad 60 for outputting an electric current to apply electric stimulation to a muscle; an angular velocity sensor 51 for detecting information on the action of a waist; and a control part 30 for adjusting the magnitude of an electric current to be outputted from the electrode pad 60 on the basis of the detection result of the angular velocity sensor 51.
