摘要 The invention relates to a rotary-drive, linear-output actuator, notably an electric braking actuator. It comprises at least one epicyclic gearset (PR2, PR3). This actuator with a reduction stage (DPR) of at least one epicyclic gearset (PR3) receives rotational drive (C5) to drive in rotation (C4) a screw-nut mechanism (NS) that produces a coaxial linear movement (T1). This gearset drives a screw (43) forming a screw-nut mechanism with a piston (1) surrounding said epicyclic gearset. According to the invention, the piston bears a "crossed" interior toothset (101) formed with two different orientations (D1, D2) of which one meshes with the screw and the other with the planet gears of the epicyclic gearset. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a cylinder with an internal toothset and, in particular, the piston (1) that forms a threaded annulus of this actuator. This method involves stamping a flat plate, which is then rolled up, welded and embedded in a cast piston.
