PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing viscosity of high concentration antibody formulations comprising an anti-sclerostin immunoglobulin.SOLUTION: A sterile liquid formulation contains an anti-sclerostin immunoglobulin with a concentration of at least 70 mg/mL and calcium acetate with a concentration ranging from about 1 mM to about 20 mM, and has an absolute viscosity of about 10 cP or less. An acetic acid buffer solution with a concentration of about 5 mM to about 15 mM, for example, sodium acetate, can be contained further. The formulation further contains a polyol such as sucrose, as a stabilization excipient and/or tonicity agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
