PURPOSE: A composite wall pile, a manufacturing method thereof, and a form for manufacturing the composite wall pile are provided to improve bending performance by applying tensile force to the pile. CONSTITUTION: A form for manufacturing a composite wall pile comprises an outer part, an inner part, steel members(13), a finishing plate, and tension loading plates. The outer part is formed in a pipe shape. The inner part is attached on the inner surface of the outer part and is filled with concrete. The steel members are fixed to the inner surface of the inner part. The finishing plate finishes both ends of the inner part. The tension loading plates are formed in both ends of the outer part.
