APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING CARBON FIBER PRECURSOR USING VERTICAL SPINNING

PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a carbon fiber precursor and a method thereof are provide to gain carbon fiber precursor with high coefficient of variation by uniformly adjusting a spinning discharge temperature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a carbon fiber precursor includes the following: a coagulation bath(20) accepting a nonsolvent(22); a spinneret(30) located on the surface of the nonsolvent by spinning acrylonitrile-based polymer liquid(10) in a shape of fiber; and a spinning roller(42) guiding the spun fiber in a vertical direction. A manufacturing method of the carbon fiber precursor includes the following steps: manufacturing a polymer solution by dissolving the acrylonitrile-based polymer in an organic solvent; gaining the precursor fiber by spinning the polymer solution in a vertical direction; and guiding the precursor fiber to the outside of the coagulation bath.
