PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for manufacturing a composite container, capable of improving the strength of composite container.SOLUTION: A helical layer 32 includes a second fiber bundle 10B impregnated with a thermosetting resin having a viscosity lower than that of the thermosetting resin of a first fiber bundle 10A to compose a hoop layer 31. Since the thermosetting resin for impregnation into the second fiber bundle 10B has low viscosity, the fiber bundle has a high fiber opening degree, allowing fibers to be easily opened from each other. Consequently, when the second fiber bundle 10B is compressed from other fiber bundles, the cross-sectional shape is easily deformed (easily collapsed). Accordingly, winding of the first fiber bundle 10A of the hoop layer 31 around the outer peripheral surface of the helical layer 32 causes collapse of the second fiber bundle 10B, so that the size T of bumps on the outer peripheral surface is decreased. The waviness and looseness of the hoop layer 31 is thus reduced, so that the strength of a composite container can be improved. |
