PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge removable in the direction perpendicularly crossing the axial line of a driving shaft arranged in the body of an apparatus.

SOLUTION: The process cartridge includes a coupling member, which has a rotational force receiving part engaging with a rotational force transmitting part to receive rotational force from the driving shaft. The coupling member can be positioned in a rotational force transmission angle position, where the rotational force transmitting part and the rotational force receiving part engage with each other and turn by the rotational force to transmit the rotational force to a part to which the rotational force is transmitted, and a pre-engagement angle position, where the coupling member is tilted from the rotational force transmission angle position with respect to the axial line of an electrophotographic photosensitive drum.
