In the present invention, a differential drive mechanism (110A) is provided with: a front conveyor roller (1112) and a rear conveyor roller (1113) that can convey a rod-shaped insertion part in the major-axis direction thereof and that can rotate the insertion part around the major axis thereof; and an angle-changing mechanism that changes the angle at which the front conveyor roller and the rear conveyor roller cross the insertion part.
