PURPOSE: A connection apparatus for a concrete structure is provided to cope with changes in concrete structures according to temperature changes by connecting and elastically supporting the concrete structures. CONSTITUTION: A connection apparatus for a concrete structure comprises a support member(10), a frame(30), and a connector. The support member is supported between concrete structures. The frame covers the support member and maintains the shape of the support member. The connector connects the support member and the frame to the concrete structures.
